We want you to pay for Nimo only if it works for you. That's why it comes with a free 14-day trial before any charge.

14 days, no questions asked

If within 14 days of any payment (the first one or a renewal) you decide Nimo isn't for you, we'll refund that payment in full.

How to ask

Reply to Paddle's receipt email, or go to paddle.net with the email you purchased with. You can also write to hola@getnimo.app. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, refunds to the original payment method.

After 14 days

You can cancel renewal anytime and keep Nimo until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give partial refunds for unused time unless your local law requires it.
