Terms of use

Last updated: October 13, 2026

Nimo is a macOS app made by Gober S.A. (Guatemala) ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Nimo you agree to these terms.

Purchases and reseller

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Trial and subscription

Nimo includes a free 14-day trial with no card or account. After that, using Nimo requires a monthly or yearly subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the link in Paddle's emails and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Nimo on up to 3 Macs you own while your subscription is active. You may not resell or publicly share your key, decompile Nimo, or bypass its license check.

Your content

Speech recognition, rewriting and translation run on your Mac. We never receive your audio or your text. See the privacy policy.

Refunds

See the refund policy.

Warranty and liability

Nimo is provided "as is". Always review text before sending it: speech recognition can make mistakes. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms; if a change is significant we'll tell you in the app or by email.
